Day long cooking project... Brisket!
In this picture, the raw brisket after sitting overnight in its dry rub. Propping up the paper towel sign is a bottle of Shiner Black Lager, which will be used in the beer mop. I'll keep ya updated.
Excuse the mess, its quite a messy kitchen
Edit: Briskets smoking! Tried to take a picture... Got a wall of smoke. Oh well.
