XBOX 360 help/info?

Alright, so I bought an XBOX 360 + 4 games + controllers + headset for $150 today. Fuck yeah.

The guy never signed off his account, how do I make my own?

Go to sign into gamertag on the dashboard.
Hit create new gamertag.

Wont' let me sign out... I pressed sign out and it gave me a list of account options...
