Okay I bought a laptop in July, and well the battery is now randomly turning off. So I was looking for the battery (Here) and it says it has a 12 month warranty replacement. Can I return the batter in this laptop since it still hasn't been 12 months or what?

Well the place you bought it from might not have a years warranty.
