Username question!

I've noticed others have different things under their usernames (like bronze member, etc) and some have other stuff written there, and my question was how would I go about changing mine? XD
Do I ask a moderator or admin to change it or is there an option in my profile edit to do so?

I wasnt looking to change my name exactly, ^^' just the title underneath it. Wanted to put something comical there, but thanks guys, ^^. I'll PM Plobby later on.
