But if it's shit that you can use, it's so traceable that it isn't funny. Gaia/Runescape will gladly give all of the IPs that you've accessed their sites to the local authorities and you'll end up knee-deep in fines.

I don't think they can legally do that; but i do think they can ban your account because its baught with stolen money essentially.
