So aching Back... an Feet.... and pretty much everything else.
So I have been trying to get in shape; Nay, trying to be in tip top shape, and because of this I have been going on pretty much daily walks ranging from (Atleast) 3 to 8 hours at a time, this has been happening pretty much all week and my aching feet are killing me. And Whats worse I don't feel any skinnier or anything yet. shit is lamee..
Tips for you guys.
1. Don't wear flip flops on a 8 hour hike.
2. make sure to eat something so you don't feel like your going to pass out until you do.
Two rules I broke today... I need some drugs nao.
