I always went over then added 50 points or whatever they called them and that didn't help. Plus, I was doing it behind my parents back, so sneaking to findout how much was in spaghetti or w/e was hard.

you know, a fruit fast for a week might help, that's what I do if I want to off a few pounds. Longer if needed, but it can get monotonous.
