Try to dissect the head and you'll eventually be able to draw it out

YouTube - Flapjack: The Do Nothing Champ
Easy to get the feel of dissecting, etc. ^
YouTube - The Car Hater
A bit more advanced, will help you start getting the bases of animation
(cartoon to anime is what I like to suggest
)
