For ones that need to be serious and can have the right disciplinary effect, yes. JY is where drama and trolling is allowed, which is why it was posted here obviously so as to shirk the rules, and since it was done to do that, I closed it.

So, since its the JY, its not supposed to be serious, its supposed to be for people to post funny/stupid stuff.

We're allow to lock any threads that we feel may cause to much drama/flaming. It's either lock the thread or infract those who flamed.
