Because even if my father had the money, I would not take it and he would not give it to me. We believe in responsibility and accountability.
I get my scholarship money based on academic merit from a private fund, some one has chosen freely to give money so that people that want to learn get the chance. See the key point of that whole thing being they chose to give their money and who it went to, they didn't have it forced from their hand and give to joe shmo. SO you don't pay for me, nor should you have too. Nor am I getting a free ride, I have to go trk and make money so I can go to school.
