Sorry for the 30mins late response.
I cant really do anything unless if he scammed you which he didnt.
Scamming is when you trade and the other person doesnt follow through and keeps your money. Leaving you with nothing.
If its the auction, Many people either make mistakes on the price or they didnt get what they want.
