but the PFT isnt the killer, its the CFT that is the ultimate break-off. trust me. it will pop your heart if you havent trained for it.

Never heard of CFT before. And well PFT is harder because you should be giving it your all. Unlike PT where its just warm ups and strengthening slowly.

Go and look up the CFT. trust me. i know what the CFT is, and how much it breaks you, and strengthens you, and it is way more intense then a PFT. believe me, i know.

trust me, its at least 50X harder than a PFT. Just trust me on this. It breaks off the Master GunnerySergeant that we have here, and he runs a 300 PFT.

I can see it being hard if its just consecutive. But if theres a few minutes of breaks then it'll be much easier.

all consecutive. CFT takes about.....10 minutes if your fast, it takes 2 days to fully recover from.
