Just bored as shit, answer this question and get 20KLG.
If 8 grapefuit, 7 oranges & 3 lemons weigh the same as 3 oranges, 6 grapefruit & 6 lemons, if a grapefruit weighs 2/3 as much as a lemon & if a dozen oranges weighs 3 kilos, How much does a lemon weigh?

I've noticed that as I copy data/install programs on my Laptop, the weight of the Laptop increases. I have a bad back and am medically limited on the amount of weight I can carry so I need to be very carefull not to inflict injury upon myself.
I have also noticed my XBox feels heavier as well (the more games I save or purchase from arcade). I generally don't travel with my XBox so that is not an issue for me, but note the I am having the same results.
My ask, what is the weight/file ratio? So for example, how many GB's = 6oz? I dread the day I need a dolly to commute trk with my Laptop.

8g, 7o, 3l = 3o, 6g, 6l
3g = 2l
12o = 3kg
so
oranges = 250g each
so right now its
8g, 1750g, 3l = 750g, 6g, 6l
with my 2g = 3l, we can safely say that it's basically
2g, 7l, 1750g = 750g and 10l
so basically
2g, 7l, 1kg = 10l
therefore
10l = 7l + 2g + 1kg
10l-7l = 2g + 1kg
3l = 2g + 1kg
or 9g = 2g + 1kg
9g-2g = 1kg
7g = 1kg
so 1g is 1000/7
and since g = 2/3 of a lemon
each lemon is 1000/7 x 133% or 190g

8 Grapefruits, 7 Oranges, 3 Lemons = 3 Oranges, 6 Grapefruits, 6 Lemons
Since grapefruits = 2/3 of a lemon,
it basically means 3 grapefruits = 2 lemons.
So from that, we can infer that the amount is..
8 grapefruits + 9 grapefruits + 7 oranges = 3 oranges, 6 grapefruits and 18 grapefruits
17 Grapefruits + 7 Oranges = 24 Grapefruits and 3 Oranges
12 Oranges = 3kg
so each is 250g
so
17 Grapefruits + 7(250) = 24 Grapefruits + 750
17 Grapefruits + 1750g = 24 Grapefruits + 750g
17 Grapefruits + 1000g = 24 Grapefruits
So therefore, 24 Grapefruits - 17 Grapefruits = 1000g
7 Grapefruits = 1000g
1000/7 = 142.857
Grapefruits = 66.7% of a lemon, so lemon = 133% of a grapefruit.
142.857 x 1.33 = 190g
I KEEP GETTING TEH SAME FUCKING ANSWER

Orange = .25kg
Grapefruit = .4kg
Lemon = .6kg[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

8g + 7o + 3L = 3o + 6g + 6L
3g = 2L
12o = 3
o = 1/4
8g + 7/4 + 3L = 3/4 + 6g + 6L
8g + 3L + 1 = 6g + 6L
2g + 1 = 3L
4/3L + 1 = 3L
4/3L + 1 = 9/3L
1 = 5/3L
3 = 5L
The weight of a lemon is 3/5 of a kilo.

Lemon = 600g.

So I got it right then.
Too lazy to post it, but instead of making the same mistake, I just used (2l/3) per grapefruit.[SIGPIC][/SIGPIC]

I know I'm late on this so I don't expect any points, but I like puzzles so I did it for fun, and since nobody has actually given their method, I thought I would write it out in full so people can see how to solve these things.
Using g for grapefruits, o for oranges and m for lemons (since the 'l' looks too much like a one), we are told -
1) 8g + 7o + 3m = 3o + 6g + 6m
2) g = 2m/3
3) 12o = 3
Straightaway we can work out o - divide both sides of equation 3 by 12 and we get o = 3/12, or 1/4kg. Then if we substitute this value into equation 1, it becomes -
4) 8g + 3m + 7/4 = 6g + 6m + 3/4
Since we also know that 2) g = 2m/3, we can substitute this into equation 4 as well, giving -
5) 8(2m/3) + 3m + 7/4 = 6(2m/3) + 6m + 3/4, which simplifies to
16m/3 + 3m + 7/4 = 12m/3 + 6m + 3/4
Gathering all the m terms on one side of the equation and all the numeric terms on the other gives us -
6) 1 = 5m/3, or 3 = 5m, so m = 3/5kg
And if g = 2m/3 as equation 2 says, then g = 2/3 * 3/5 = 2/5kg.
So that is how we reach the answers of oranges = 1/4kg (250 grams), lemons = 3/5kg (600 grams) and grapefruits = 2/5kg (400 grams).

Not sure how we didn't get the answer right when multiple people told how many kilos. So, pay up.

Except I didn't, soooo...
To quote the person who copy-pasted it from the same place you did: lemons = 3/5kg
To quote myself: The weight of a lemon is 3/5 of a kilo.
