Jaibreak an ipod 3rd gen

tethered means that if i jailbreak it if it dies a ihave to run stupid blackra1n program to be able to turn my touch on again. every time. im not dealing with that. i will just go and get a 2nd gen if there is no other way. i dont mind having two ipods lol.

i had black rain for my old 2nd gen that broke. tethed is only on the 3rd gen.
