So if Christians' God (Yahweh) is represented by a Pope or Pastor, and Islam people by a Hafiz (One who has memorized the Qu'ran) then who represents the Hindu gods?

No one. They don't have that. They have wise men, who teach kids and people go to for advice. They have priest but they are more part of a class that just study scriptures and copy them down. You don't really go to them or the place they live which would kind of be a temple since you're so determined for them to have one.
Hinduism has several paths for the faithful to walk and none of them involve going to a temple or any thing like that. Its a pick your own god and way trship, which is why its so popular. The wise men are more highly regarded than any priest usually.
Because everyone and everything is god they represent go by existing, they really don't need a figure head as a result.
