But when they respond to your ticket with a header like this

" RE: Ticket xxx-xxxxxxx Solution suggested - (account name)

and the contents of the message looks like this.

Solution: Hello,

Your account has been banned for hacking or profiting from hacking. According to our records, items previously reported stolen by another user ended up in your account. In accordance with our standard moderation practices, your account must remain banned.

Awesome. and as I recall , they have been notifying users lately of items that are stolen and in their account , and simply removing them.

Wouldnt that have been much easier right there?
I mean , pull the item , drop me a pm , ' btw this shit was stolen, were returning it' instead. perma ban

Also , the contents of that message lead me to beleive that still as previously stated , the items I recieved from another account , werent all too legit as they were said to be. But I am also completely dumbfounded as to why accounts that items didnt even come into contact with have been banned.
