...executable and stopped working.
I got this like, 5 times when I was just randomely surfing the web, and I have no idea what I did, the only executable thing I changed lately was my Firefox add-ons. I was thinking maybe it was the ESET Smart Security 4 I installed yesterday, but I installed that pretty early in the afternoon and used the comp alot, in which nothing relating to the Racagent appeared, any ideas o.o"?

I know vista sucks terrible when it comes to performance and tech issues (had to delete my old comp account and make a new one 2 days ago due to my programs suddenly disappearing for some reason) but this is the first time I ever had any issue relating to racagent o_o; no idea

You are obviously bad at computers.
I run Vista, and I don't have issues.

Click on the Start orb and type in services.msc, then Enter. Find Plug and Play, right click it, and choose start. Then find any thing related to Windows Media and start those too. Realtek is your speakers. Also, you may need to go to control panel > System Maintenance > Performance Information and Tools > Performance options, then click the "advanced" tab. Let Windows manage the page file size. You also sound like you need more memory.
