Im testing for my second black belt in Tae Kwon Do in may.

I have 2nd degree black belt in Karate Already and i also do MMA.

When i received my second degree in Karate i had to register my hands and feet as lethal weapons.

I talk just as much shit online as i do in Real Life, because i can back my shit up.

There is no such law that requires a black belt, boxer, or any other martial artist to "register their hands as lethal weapons." Neither is there any possible way to do so.

To advance further into martial art studies, you're required to register your hands has a weapon. It's not a law, nor did i state it was. Yes, there is ways to register them as such.

Edit: We're required to register them through the local police station.
