Who knows how to ban an account that's not yours? Some kid is killing me with the begging, i can't block him, because we're friends in real life too... so i find the only solution would be to ban him... any ideas?

Go to his house IRL. Spam porn/phish.
Also, install a keylogger so you can do it if he makes more accounts. Also, blackmail him about his porn habits.
