it makes gear decisions simple
compares stats and gain when you highlight an item
i.e. you gain 5 attack power, 300 life, lose .3% crit, and 50 haste.

I have a totally custom UI, I will put a pic of it up later. I use bartender, spartanUI, mapster/other map addons, and a ton of other shit. Will update this post later when I have more time.

I have the curse client for add-ons, so all these are on the curse site if you want them:
-Quest helper(shows quest stuff on the map and arrows on screen for where to go next)
-Gatherer(shows where mining spots, etc are.)
-_virtual plates_(makes the name tags fit the screen better, I can't describe, just try it)
-Auctioneer
I can't find a nice UI add-on though, I just want something that looks a bit nicer ):

Personally , I think DBM is the most useful
but some of the cooldown notifiers and cast bars are pretty sweet that you can get through wowmatrix
personal fan of x-perl unit frames though , with mini ToT bars.
as for quest helper though ... meh
Carbonite>Questhelper
Carbonite- more accurate maps and quest goals/ descriptions
Horde radar
Doesnt clog up between quests , even when you set priority.
the list goes on
uh , too lazy to look up and link things,
Google carbonite wow add-ons , or wow matrix
EDIT:: fkn Ew @ curseclient.
yeah they are usefull , but they most definatley have been linked to numerous account and item/gold thefts.Last edited by Sutured; 03 Mar. 2010 at 11:01pm.
