I stack boots in pubstomps. Dota boots are all so good. Ended a game with all six boots before. Although granted I think two or three I didn't buy until we were already attacking their base and fountain diving. But if we're on the extremely offensive, I think it's fair to buy Boots of Travel on top of whatever boots you need to functionality (like phase's damage and moving through units, or mana boots for regen). Just something real quick for if you die to immediately get you back to the fight.

I don't think I really ever stack boots unless one of them is going to be Boots of Travel though. Other items are better for it, and generally I just do the stack as a troll build, 'cause hey, already have two boots anyway.
