Looking into redesigning the loot system for Borderlands 2, unfortunately it seems that they've removed the editor which they so kindly included in the first Borderlands.
If someone would like trk with me on this project, that would be great.

Isn't Borderlands 2 running off the same engine as Borderlands 1 (Unreal Engine)? If so I wouldn't doubt that there is already an editor like the first one you are talking about had.

Unfortunately, there isn't one. I've looked extensively. There's a save editor, but not one that can edit the game.
I'm re-designing it because it had potential and they really fucked it up, I'm looking to add custom modeled parts, bring back S&S and Atlas, add LMGs as a new gun class, give all manufacturers the ability to generate all weapons, re-instate crawmerax as a boss, edit drop-rates. Just fix everything that they fucked up on really.
