It was announced and demoed for the PS4 so I'd guess it's coming out. Then again it was previewed at the end of 2 and it's been years since then.
I honestly hope they don't draw much on the events and characters they've inserted between 1 and 2.

Well, it's highly likely it ain't coming out for the Wii U (Squaresoft says it's a problem with DirectX 11). Judging from what they've done in the past, and how it fits in the timeline, it seems to be pushing forward story-wise a fair bit, leading up to the final showdown with Xehanort, but it probably won't be the last game in the series.
