Black Ops 2 Zombies: Perms (kinda lengthy)

So I ran into a few of these and the sites I usually frequent, don't tend to have a whole lot on them. But from what I gathered (thought up and heard from word of mouth) there's perks that are stackable and I guess they're attached to your online account because I believe you have to be online to use/get them.
They include:
Perma Juggernog (Personal favorite) You get it on the Die Rise map only (apparently it's suppose to only work on that map, but my experience has varied so I dunno about that). You get it by running of the escalator on the first building right outside of the first door off the cliff to your death, if you don't see a green poof start another match, get hit until you die, if 2 hits don't kill you, you have it, if it doeas and you see a green poof then you got it.
Head shot Daiquiri: I heard you get this by getting five head shots off a single bullet, I can't say for sure I just end up getting it in the middle of a wave.
Carpenter-thing (No idea what it's called): Rebuild enough barriers in a single round or the same barrier enough (lack of information to varify) and you'll get it. Not sure if there's a map restriction, but it'll take longer for the barriers you repair to be torn down.
Perma Quick Revive: Revive the same player 15 times in a single match. You'll revive them quicker.
