At the moment I'm using a Turtle Beach gaming headset and have a white chatpad from my friend, and I love them both. Those are the only useful Xbox accessories I've ever bought, I've always heard those intercoolers are a waste of money if you have the Slim and stuff.
So, my question:
I have the Slim 250GB, I obviously don't need a new HDD or anything, and as long as I keep it clean and blow it out every few months do I really need an intercooler? I've heard that they're extremely helpful for the old 360, but I wasn't sure about their feasibility on the new Slim.
What mods/accessories do you guys have, if any?
Also, I'm looking into getting one of those Razer Xbox controllers with adjustable responsiveness on the joysticks and hyper response buttons and macro buttons and stuff, they seem amazing and would be really helpful. My Xbox controller is getting really hard use, I play a lot and when I do I'm generally really good at the game, so my play sessions end up being intense. After using a few friend's controllers, it's obvious that my joysticks are a lot looser now, and my buttons are almost stickier, it's weird because I've never spilled anything on it or anything like that.

Are Xbox accessories worth it?

Turtle beach headsets and chatpads are not xbox exclusive accessories, and are crosscompatable across multiple consoles.
Accessories are considered things such as the Kinect...Anyways, To answer your question, Nothing xbox related is worth the money, It was a last gen console in a nextgen release, And its already the gen after that gen.
