I assume there are some that still work.
You probably just need to update the location of the SWF file used to load the game.
There was a guy I knew a while back, Atheros, who had a repository of trainers for AQ Worlds, Dragonfable, and all the little offshoots which he kept on his website.
Don't know if it's still active or regularly updated but.

A long time ago I posted an epic trainer I used to use when I played that game, it was called Hellquest Gamma. You can use the search box to search for the post, I'm too lazy to find it. Can't confirm it's still working though, haven't played that game in years. Hey, I should go log back on...
