its not really worth buying. its not back comptable with most PS2 games, and the only main plus is that it has a larger hard drive with 240 gigs, but thats about it.
buy the original PS3, its a little bigger, but its compatable with all games from PS1 and PS2, and you wont have to buy the PS2 games from the PS store in order for them trk.
And the PS3 slim runs ate about $299, so its not really worth it monatarily either.Voted Hottest Male Member

the PS3 160g can play PS2 games. the PS3 slim, running on 250g cant run it as it wont play PS2 formatted disks, but any game for PS2 bought and dowloaded from the playstation store will run. there are also select few PS2 games that will run on it. but it needs to be formatted for basic PS systems, obviously excluding PS1 games.
and yes, it is extremely easy to break compared to the original PS3.Voted Hottest Male Member

The Good..it's much lighter and smaller and doesn't make as much noise as the old PS3
The Bad.. its really fragile ...Last edited by Kira; 01 Dec. 2009 at 11:37pm.
