Level while you sleep

Warning: this is against the EULA for blizzard/WoW
though i have done it ample times and never had ban or warning issues.

This technique is to afk in battle grounds, without getting kicked. in the 60s i was getting about 5-6 bars for an AV win, and ended up with 4 full levels and 43k honor(enough for 4 epic gems) while i was out for the day and slept.

To do this you need 2 addons for wow installed:
preformAV enabler and, sspvp

as well as a macro program, i use Auto Macro Recorder : Easy-to-use macro recorder, Let computer do boring things for you. and have been using it for a while now.

once the macro recorder and addons are installed log into the character you want honor or exp on and make 4 macros

1: queues you for a bg, focuses on yourself, and says something(to keep you from going afk my guild is just me so i do /g hey, for anyone in a guild you can /w yourself and a message) the (2) is AV, you can change this to fit every BG, though the original 4 are the best ones to farm, or randoms if you're 80. 1 = Random, 2 = AV, 3 = WSG, 4 = AB, 5 = EoTS, 6 = Strand of the Ancients, 7 = Isle of Conquest.

3: mounts you if you are unmounted

4: targets an ally(friendly player, no alliance member if you're horde) and sets them to follow, and will not self target

now that you have your wow macros made, put them on your action bar as 1-4 in the order above.
once done turn on your macro program, and in its options remove mouse tracking(it only confuses things). Set the program to record, and then click 1, 2, 3(leave enough time after 3 to fully mount before hitting 4, or you will break mounting) 4. and stop the record. find somewhere in a main city to place yourself where people don't really go, or a spot you can get stuck, like behind the vases in org bank, so you don't follow people out of towns when you're not in a BG. once located in a good spot, turn the recorder to replay, and replay your macro, make sure its set to infinite repeats, or at least a very high number, and then wait. as you are outside(yeah right! you play wow you don't go outside) or asleep your character will be joining battle grounds, following people, and moving around like you are actually there, thus very often preventing you from being spotted as a straggler and getting kicked. depending on your level, and luck, you can wake up multiple levels higher, with a decent amount of honor. This works best on weekends, when there is a BG holiday set, so you can just farm that one. AV is the best exp that i have found, though the others work too.
