About LinkBacksMy xbox 360 connection used to be really good but now it's really slow and every game I play online is laggy. I have changed nothing with my internet. Any idea?

Try not to have program's open or do not download games while you play, Torrent anything that makes your internet slow makes your connection slow.

Does your ISP force you to deal with bandwidth caps?
That could be your problem.

try to restart ur modden or go to test connection on ur xbox that aways works for me

Go into your xbox find the ip then edit your router setting to make the xbox the DMZ Host.
