Directions:
On 360:
1. Guide Button>System Settings>Memory
2. Hard Drive>Gamer Profiles>[Your Profile]>Move>USB Device
3. Hard Drive>Games>MW2>MW2 Save Game>Make Sure Its YOUR Gamertag Under The File Size>Move>USB Device
On Computer:
4. Plug In USB
5. USB Xplorer>File>Open Device>Click Until You See 41560817>Click It>Click All The Way Till The End>
6. Highlight savegame.png>Extract To ________
7. Modio>Game Mod Tools>Click MW2
8. Open>savegame.png>Select Desired Mods>Save
9. USB Xplorer>Inject File>savegame.png>Delete Old savegame.png
On 360:
10. Plug In USB
11. Guide Button>System Settings>Memory>Hard Drive>Gamer Profiles>[Your Profile]>Move>Hard Drive
12. Games>MW2>MW2 Save Game>Move>Hard Drive
Note: You HAVE TO Do The Following Before Anything Else!
13. Load MW2>Campaign>Resume Game>Save & Quit
14. Now You Can Do Spec Ops
15. Enjoy Your Modded Spec Ops Game

i dont think there a point of modding spec ops cuz it to easy if i my say
