It's pretty complicated. And you need a way to transfer files between your 360 and computer.

A lot harder than just changing your language.

I would suggest that you don't try it cause you might get banned for it.
And like everyone else said here it is too long of a process to do and not even worth it.

Make sure you get a transfer cable. I think you can find one on ebay.
