Creating a Pokemon MMO

hey everyone. I'm creating a new pokemon game, but sticking to the original theme (8/16 gym leaders, elite 4, pokemon from the first 3 generations, etc.) The only thing I'm making up is the map, town names, and gym leaders. Aside from that, everything (pokemon names, pokemon looks, map and game sprites, etc.) is as it always has been in the older games. I'm using sprites from Fire Red/Leaf Green, and Ruby/Sapphire.

So this is where you come in. I need help coming up Town names, Gym leader names, and any secret/hidden places that should be thrown in there.

In general, what is something you've always wanted to see/do in a Pokemon game?

[Also, if you want to become an NPC/Gym leader yourself, let me know. I'll make a character with your name. Just let me know what type of pokemon you would have, and which ones they are]
