They didn't, someone just bought all of them until the lowest is at 60k~. As you can see, the average buy price is still 21k.

Yeah, there's no way they'll stay that high. Such a gross looking item. I rarely see anyone with one equipped.

No, it would inflate as long as long as those guys keep AI-ing it.
They started inflating the item back in 2008, I don't think it would go down easily.
It's a rare item.
