So ive got a flp and i wanted to know how to use the hosting web so i could spread it , but i dont get where to put my file so i could make it a link?
anyone willing to expalin how to?
& Yea its my first time using a flp xD

1)Make a account on 110mb.com or ***.com
2)Go to the file directory on 110mb and for *** press upload
3)Then for 110mb press upload and for *** upload your Flp files
4)For 110mb upload the files and for *** when uploading done press open on the main page.
5)For 110mb.com click on the main url and then send the main url to other people same as ***

but when you upload you get banned quik

Okay so after i upload is done & go back to main for *** do i press link domain or something else?
