MP is an all sales final kind of thing.

I've heard of it too if it was an honest mistake. Maybe you can just beg for the item back. Or if you bought at an item at a low price tell them you gifted it to a random person and can't give it back. Offer them some gold and be on your way.

keep it...
they cant ban you for buying mis-priced items

it's buyer's discretion, but totally not required. Alot of vendors will say "will return mismarked items if asked" but those people are too kind. And they won't return it if you don't ask. your fucked.
Although really the COULD ban you for that, but they don't have to ban everyone who does it. Just people they don't like. cuz gaia has the right to ban anyone for anything.

All sales are final, that's why gaia has that are you sure you want to continue notice. So that way you doubt check and make sure you didn't fuck up. In any case no one can get banned for that at all. Besides it's exchangers code not to return mispriced items though it's left up to personal discretion. :/

- 10 Jan. 2010 06:01am #13Q: OMG! I sold my December 2004 letter for only 100 gold! Can I get my item back?
A: No, all sales are final. There is a confirmation screen so that you can check and make sure all information is correct. If you sell an item for less than the current going price there is nothing you can do.

If you're not positive still. No you cannot be banned for buying a misprice. Thats why theres so many vendors who try and catch them.

There's a reason they verify before you submit the sale.
Back in 05-07 when I was legit, I vended to get most of money.
I ended up getting a Candy Striper for 100k, a Lionback for 200k, and another nice grabs.
Sniping = <3.
Just tell them it's their fault for not reading the sale confirmation and keep it.
You cannot get banned for buying a mispriced item. PERIOD.

It depends.
Say something is worth 10,000,000 and they leave a 0 off, oops 1,000,000. No ban.
Something is worth 10,000,000 and their account was hacked and the item sold for 1 gold... POSSIBLE but not likely.LG's resident grammar nazi.
Need warez? I can probably find it for you. Throw me a PM.
For all of my sales, if you refer a buyer to me and they make a purchase, you can recieve 5%

I can't see a reason you could get banned for this at all, unless someone was forcing you to put it at a lower price, but that's just ridiculous.
That's like if you list an item it in the marketplace overpriced, and someone buys it, then realizes that it's not worth that much.
Not your fault.

XD I once got an angelic scarf that were priced wrong for 100k (the seller ment to put 1 mil) XD and the person that was selling them started spamming my inbox with "jerk, give them back" and "if you dont I'll get you banned, I know the mods." I laughed at them and said it was their own fault for mis-pricing and I asked a mod about it and they sided with me. XD it was great.
