You should be able to trade LGG for some in the Marketplace. Since you don't seem to have much LGG atm, you could try trading Gaia gold or something for one. Or check the Public Programs forum for any that might have been publicly released.

You've got the post count, but once you've been a member for 3 days, you'll be able to access Public Programs.
