I imagine the stats are based on queries per day, not per second. A random delay will still show that a user was "supposedly" in the client all day.

It should randomly log out then, with a minimum time of playing for two hours, and max of three. Stays logged out from 10-30 minutes. Most detection software wouldn't say "He played three times today, with these different session times", only long continuous sessions or lots of exact timing (spinning the wheel every exact number of seconds or something) would set it off.
