New item just came out, called "Ships Happen". This is the perfect chance to invest, everyone! Wait until the item drops REALLY LOW in price, and seems to stay there for a few days. Then, buy a few. As many as possible, I would say. Then, you just have to hoard them until they're out of the cash shop! They're prices will spike, normally by at least 50k+. So, after the prices have risen, sell them all. If you can buy enough, you're looking at a huge profit!

You don't open them!!!! You buy them when they're low priced, keep them, and then re-sell them when they spike back up after they're out of the cash shop. You NEVER open chance items, it's like gambling, you'll always lose money lol.

Never open items. Collectors buy unopened copies, which are more rare than opened items. Thus they'll pay more for an unopened copy than what the item(s) inside it are even worth.

And in some weird parallel universe where an opened copy is worth more than unopened, then you can just open it before you sell it. You can never unopen an already opened one, though.

Also, just bought two Ships Happen for around 104k each, now we just play the waiting game, waiting for them to leave the cash shop haha. If I make another 100k doing slots I'll buy one more, but I don't want to spend any more of my vending money on these right now, because I still want to be able to vend haha. Right now, with two, I should be able to turn over a 100-200k profit on them.

If the Gaia economy is anything like the TF2 economy, I'd advice against gambling. TF2 unusuals are a gamble and they do not pay out in the favor of the gambler. After all, if any gamble paid in the favor of the gambler, everyone would do it. Gambling may get you a headstart in investment capital (i.e. someone who wins a million dollars on a lottery ticket will be able to invest in a business much more easily than you would), but for the vast majority of people (the average), you lose money. Most lottery tickets, for example, do not pay for themselves.

Aiming to win big is just a great way to lose money. Because most people never do win big, or get what they paid into a gamble back out.

Your best economic bet is slow-and-steady. But things with a guaranteed 10% profit over gambling for a chance 2000% profit.

Once again, I would wait. When the bundles and the item leaves the cash shop, see if they'll be worth more in a bundle or by themselves. It's better to wait and open them later, because you can always open a bundle later, but you can never put them back into a bundle.

I'm hoping to find a seller to give me the last 3 bundles for 2.3mil ~ 85k per individual <---- 15% less than the lowest market value...

Then well see how much I sell for when they leave the cash shop and I can calculate any profits. I'm hoping around half a mil at least.

I used to gamble my gaia gold in lotto games and got from 10m to 120m +dtail and other expensive junk (i.e; Horns of the devil, golden laurels...) in like 5 days.
so I can't say gambling wont get you anywhere, you just have to know when to stop, i.e; I lost all of that in less than 1 day after getting it
