Unfortunately, as Arti said, no. This is because its actually 100% random - not just picked from a list of preset numbers that could be tampered with.

Actually, nothing is truly random. This is why it's commonly referred to as pseudorandom numbers in mathematics.
The key reason it isn't possible to do what the OP is asking for is the simple fact that the predefined numbers in question are determined by the server and not the client.
