What Skrillex said is true. Artificial (The site creator and head admin) was getting complaints and legal threats from Gaia Interactive (The company in charge of Gaia Online). It was about a few things, from members posting private Gaia server info (*cough*Aleena*cough*) to people giving away and selling accounts.
