Save it as a jumble of random stuff, change your index name

make a page called index.html and have it be a blank page so people cant view your index, then, like Kain said, name your text file something random. Mine is called fkvso3590fvld0.txt

Just for the lulz, encrypt the name. Encrypt it with base 64, esab 46, md5, zara, everything.
