Someone can make an FLP that leads to a fake store where it lists a user's items.
They click the 1g item, think they'll buy it, get logged out. Basically it's a 3 page process.
Page 1 - User's store
Page 2 - Fake MP listing
Page 3- logged out or fake "too late" page.
They won't suspect it's an FMP unless they re-click the link again, they'll just think they missed it and weren't fast enough.
It'd be an easy strategy for anyone, just post in CB, TVG, etc that you are going to be dumping your mule's items and link to the store.

Keep in mind that you are targeting relatively wealthy accounts: Items worth 1g would rarely attract this class of users, that is if they don't suspect it's scamming.

or mispriced, as long as they see it as a good vend and click it.
10m item for 1m, as if it missed a zero.
Doesn't necessarily have to be 1g, just cheap.
When I do dumps, I usually do link my store in TVG and thats how people buy the items usually get to my vends.Sitting on Gaiaonline, questing ports.

Multi-part seems like a better idea, but how would you get their username, without targeting one user at a time? Do they login on the third page, or do you just take the password at the second and match it with the user you linked to it?

Wouldn't they get suspicious when they click and get "Redirecting to : FMP.com"?

Some of those people you see in rally with hacked items don't turn on that option, they keep it off most of the time.
You'd just phish the hackers and what not.
Wouldn't they get suspicious of any FLP though? If you're careful, you can still get some accounts from people who don't get suspicious.

It seems like a good idea but most wealthy accounts are experienced "gaians" and will be much more careful with things like that(some of them are still pretty stupid though ). If it's done right, I'm sure it'll be a great scamming technique =D
