They deflated when everyone who needed gaia gold was able to buy it due to the big hack season between 06 and 09, Then when hacks were slowly defeated and botdetection became much more advanced.
so players were forced to go legit, which made everyone in the server act like gold was scarce and sacred, So the items inflated abit about a year ago, and everything became just expensive as hell.

Now were in the mostly legit gen of hackers, All people are capable of is FLP`s and scams, With the small number of people cracking accounts.


Unless there is another opencycle of hackers > Deflation > Hording > Inflation
then dont expect to see too many price spikes as what there was in the last few years.

Really the main thing in question here is bot detection x cashshop items that offer you money such as mythril coinss.
And right now bots are pretty down and dead, And those cashshop items are most likely not going to be released for another month or two since the economy is decently balanced.

At around Dec-April the items go sky rocket
But when May/June-Oct Start, they do pretty much deflate.
I think it's a seasonal thing.
And yeah i remembered those hacking spree days
I was one of them, but didn't know how to exchange at that time.

One of my friends did told me it was a seasonal thing. Since Summer is comming out in the states very soon
and most gaians are from the US so items will be much for in demand and all that shit and probably inflate to go along with it.
