Ok, so is Gaia blocking email changes now? Because in the last two days I've been in two accounts and changed all the info. Still the email wouldn't change, so I log into email and activate or whatever bull that is and still the email doesn't change. So assume that it just needs a minute to update or whatever so I go head and wait a few hours and the little SOBs have gotten the account back. I think Boo was having similar problem and I know one time the kid was on the account at the same time but to day no one was on but me and I still didn't get it.

Email Recovery
- 09 Dec. 2009 10:30pm #2
What you can do is once you have cracked/scammed an account, copy their e-mail address.
Then try to log into their e-mail using the same pass, since lots of people use the same password.
If you are successful, change the password and recoveries of their e-mail.
They then won't be able to get into their Gaia account OR e-mail.
If they have a linked e-mail to their e-mail, then just use the same pass for that one also.
Now you have their Gaia account, e-mail, and other e-mail if they had one.
I'm pretty sure this is illegal though.

No more illegal than hacking a gaia account.
Email changes MAY now require email confirmation from the original, but I dont think so. They tried that about a year ago, didnt go over to well.
Its probably just the database lag they have been having.LG's resident grammar nazi.

I haven't been able to change any e-mails for months, tbh. It says changed successfully, but if you go back to it, it still has the old one. It's been like that for a really long time.

Might be your IP adress idk Lol i do know that aperantly these noobs on gaia finaly found a way to get there accts back with out needing there email. they did all that question b.s from mods to confirm if it's there acct or not. and you only got to do with that is change the b-day that is set in those accts. i lost over 5m b.c of that questonaire b.s from the mods. but yeah it's possible that iether your coputer glitches upor soemthing. gaia is F'd up already. with that whole coding acouple weeks ago with pino w.e .net or .com. So just keep trying with that whole email crap an make sure you chancge the b-day that is set in there accts and probably the username.

That's what I assumed would happen, but it baffles me as to how they expect someone who legitimately needs to change their e-mail to do so.
