Q: If someone gave me hacked gold will I get banned?
A: It depends on your IP history. If you're known for recieving hacked gold then yes your account will be banned. If your IP is clean, then you have a lower chance of getting caught. It's up to the moderator that is handling your case.

Q: I brought "legit" gold but got banned. Does that mean I got scammed?
A: Three reasons why you were banned. One, the gold were sold for real money. Two, the transaction was made off-site (out of gaiaonline.com). Three, you made a secondary account and "funneling" the items/gold to your main. Bottom line, nothing is "legit", it could be hacked for all you know. Secured/inactive is the closest you will ever get. All ban rates are the same.

Q: Let's say I have botted gold. I buy an item with the botted gold. Then I sell the item. Is the gold still botted?
A:Yes the items/gold is still consider as botted, no matter what.
