To enable your disabled signature all you have to do is visit the detention center and enable it.
You have to pay gold in order to do so. Usually they'll disable it 2-3 times before banning you.
Highest I have ever gotten was 6 times.

A mod will disable your signature because you attempted to hack/scam or it was inappropriate .
