They know when someone transfers an item over 500k or something I think,

so what if i already gifted an item worth more than 500k
but didnt open it yet
what should i do
also do they notice the number of gifts or just the value of the gift u open

Change your IP, and log in and open it in a few days, maybe a week. And then if you gifted it anonymously, do nothing, if you didn't gift it anonymously message back asking why he gifted such an item. Or do nothing and store it for a long time then open it. There is no real way to protect yourself anymore, they can track IPs reguardless if you blocked it or not. the only time that they can't is if your IP is static, meaning always changing.
