Um, Gaia doesn't ban you for no reason, the legit users will get their accounts back if they were innocent. Here lately they've been doing even better about investigating and using the trading pass disable function more often. Enjoy the ban @ OP.

I agree to this to a certain degree, however if a person earns too much in a day then Gaia may just ban it for suspicious activity.
There was a big charity thread owner that was banned on the grounds of botting and it took 500+ appeals by participants of the thread to get the account unbanned.

And they never unban anyone because then everyone that has ever been banned will be appealing every ban a dozen times with the same reasult, not that they happens anyway, but the fact still stands. Gaia bans because they can. Its just like LG, the only difference is that LG has a reason to ban you, and gaia does it just to do it.

Like I said, I only partially agreed with what he said. I agreed with the part that Gaia usually doesn't ban you for no reason, otherwise trolls would be banned instantly without warning.
Even with a FLW in your siggy, you won't get banned.
The part I disagree with is that they unban accounts that were unfairly blocked.
Frankly, I don't think they even bother to check the filed claims.
However, I wouldn't say that they've NEVER unbanned anyone, they've done it multiple times when they misbanned accounts due to a mistake on their part.

I don't really know how Gaia does unbanning for legit accounts >.<
It's really hard to find testimonials of permanently banned accounts being unbanned.
But I know for sure that if I was a mod and someone sent me 500 tickets for the same account, i'd be pissed off and wouldn't unban xD
