Gaian's should be Gaians.

After years of intense discussion and months of detailed planing, we've decided to finally open moderator applications to the public! Below I will list a few of our requirements, please note, you must log in to view the full requirement list."
Planning is spelled incorrectly, Gaia announcements use 'we', not 'I'.

"You must provide us an explination of why you want to become a moderator."
Explanation is spelled incorrectly, this requirement would make more sense at the bottom of the list.

"Past experience in moderator is always a plus."
Should be moderation, OR 'Past experience as a moderator is always a plus.'

"For more information, please follow this link and log in to your account. Where you will go into our verification process. "
Doesn't make sense. If you just want information, why would you want to be put into the verification process at the same time? Maybe they'd just be curious.
Revise to: "For more information, or to submit your application, click here and log in to your account."
*'here' would be the link*
It's your job to fix that if you use it. I know there's errors. I planned on people re-writing the whole thing. That's why it's rushed.
