It's been a while since I've been on Gaia let alone tried to scam people on it but I had a nice little idea and as far as I know it would be a lot more effective.
rather than tricking them on Gaia with that annoying redirect bar, many users are linked through email updates. My idea would be to get there email address and notify them that someone has tried to access there account so they need to change there password. Most users wouldn't expect a blow like that and would me more careless about it, especially if the email looks official.
Note: make a link that looks like the homepage but all navigation is blocked by a "You're account has been suspended, please reactive via the email we have sent you" and another link to the activation page where they have to enter a new password and whatnot.
But like I said I haven't done this in ages so even this might be outdated by now, who knows.

I like this idea. But it's also doable with an e-mail spoofer. Send them an e-mail with the e-mail spoofer that looks like it was sent by gaia, and inside that e-mail is the link that leads them to the flp

Perfect Idea, I Think it would be great, i have an email spoofer, so ill scam basically Anyone, A Long Time Ago Rundeer did say, on Gaia, most are idiotic teenagers, or stupid emotional fags. (Or Something along those lines)

I've done this before, but the problem is that most e-mail systems recognize whn an e-mail is sent by who it says it is.
It could probably be bypassed, but the systems would just update.
